Hi
New guy.  Brother baught a Lochin and I am shanghied. begining to like it.
Boat is 333 with twin perkins sabres 300hp blown.
Would appreciate any info on transmission and load. Props g'box etc.

I'm not an expert on drives but welcome to the forum.

It's gone a bit quiet on here again lately so maybe if you post a picture of your brother's Lochin it may wake some of the others up.

I've got a single Perkins Sabre M300Ti in mine and it seems a good engine.

Can you tell me what the WOT revs are on your engine? and what do you consider cruising revs,

Not sure what the WOT revs are but max is 2500 and I normally cruise at about 2000 rpm.

Hi Joeb
I have a Lochin 333 with twin 300 perkins, the max rpm is 2600 and I cruise at 2200. I've just fitted new props (20 X 24) and redone the shaft alighnment, she now cruises at 20 knots. The gearboxes are 1.5:1
