Roof is finished. Polished the original handrails and came up like new. (1200 grade and buff with machine). Fitted vent and hatch. Busy on the combing in the cOkpit at moment. Still really hot here, so glad roof is now done.
The beam over the roof is moulded. They changed the extended part around 1980, obviously to make the job less labour intensive. I assume the moulded beam was part of the extension.
