Refit of the deck

 Today the deck is ready and we can sail again. The deck is equipped with permateak and has been properly refurbished. The material consists of PVC strips that are welded together on the basis of a mold. Then it is attached to the GRP deck with a Bostik maritime sealant.As a last step, the edges are sealed and finished.

in addition to molding and assembling and it takes about 4 days that I did myself, producing the deck costs about 450 Euro / m2 and about 200 Euro in kit.

The deck is approx 7m2 for a 33 lochin.
