Happy new year to all - plans for 2009?

I thought id wish everyone Happy New Year with better weather and lighter winds than we saw in 2008!
How are people getting on - are your vessels still in the water or like Sundance up on the hard for planned and preventative maintenance?
Insurance survey due again for us and plenty tidying up and odds to get on with to get ready for the new season coming.
I look forward to seeing what others are up too over the winter, and maybe meet other members on Sundance's travels in the coming year.

Happy New Year Stugsy, and all forum members,

It has been extremely hot here in the last week or so, must be at towards 40 degrees celsius under the tarpauline, working on the boat. Progress is very slow, have to stop every hour or so to re-fuel and hydrate.

Hopefully the weather will allow you to do some work so you can be ready for your "season" coming up.

All the best from down under,

Harold and Kelly

HI Gents and happy new year

My fender re-fitting has just about ground to a halt due to very wet weather a few weeks ago and freezing cold now.

In the mean time, I'm dropping back on some woodwork inside the boat.

I'll have mine lifted out in March for antifouling etc.

Just hoping that this summer is going to be better than the last two!

Cheers

Chas
