Hi to everyone, thought i would post a few pics of our run on the boats last weekend to Handa Island. What a fantastic day we all had. My Dad took the Lochin & I took the Rib (blue & yellow Tornado) accross from the Isle of Lewis to the mainland and spent most of the day on Handa admiring the amazing cliffs and sea stacks. We then headed north to the small fishing port of Kinlochbervie before heading for home. The day was topped of by an amazing dolphin display on the way home. Days like these were why we bought boats!
Thanks for sharing your great day with us. With such a bad summer weather wise it is good for the heart to see such fantastic scenery and the Dolphins - well they were obvioulsy enjoying themselves.
This is just the sort of exchange the Forum was established to encourage, to broaden owners and interested boaters horizons and hopefully geenrate more of the same.
Scottish waters seem so far away to us but in reality it's only a days drive (depending upon the M25 and M6)!!
